A sunny Easter weekend...
I spent a glorious Easter weekend staying with my parents in Somerset. We made lots of cake - a Victoria sponge that was light as a feather thanks to the magic of the Kenwood Chef, and one of our absolute favourites, a honey cake, which we gave an Easter feel to with some Mini Eggs and fluffy chicks!
And the lilac tree was in full bloom, smelling gorgeous...
