My new favourite thing...
Total 0% Greek yogurt, with a sprinkle of mixed spice and a drizzle of maple syrup. Seriously yummy! I gave fat-free yogurt a wide berth for ages, believing they're all packed with sugar and other additives (and a lot of them are). But then I realised that Total 0% has no added sugar and only 52 calories per 100g! It's gorgeous stuff!
