what a lovely sunset! I assume this was at the end of the day? do they have the phenomenon similar to the Northern Lights in Alaska? Oops - you can tell I didn't pay attention during science (or history?)
Actually this was at about 11am! The sun doesn't rise very high in Finland during the winter. In the north of the country you can see the Northern Lights (and there's lots of skiing and reindeer) but Helsinki's right on the south coast of Finland so you don't get the Northern Lights there.
