Veg box cooking part two...

Well, obviously I've cooked other things apart from the things I've posted photos of! But here's tonight's cookery experiment - wild garlic pesto. I had it with spaghetti and asparagus and it was really lovely!


  1. Mmmmmm..... recipe please.... : )

  2. It was really easy - I just toasted a handful of pine nuts and whizzed them up with some grated cheese (I used mature Cheddar) and probably six or seven large leaves of wild garlic, and enough olive oil to make a nice pesto-like paste.
